| Our Guarantee: Our products are guaranteed to free from defects or we will replace them. This guarantee applies to laser, laser fax cartridges, copier toners and drums. Our guarantee applies to 180 days from delivery to you. Cartridges older than 180 days are prorated up to 365 days. No warranty is available for products older than 365 days. Cartridges that have been disassembled or tampered with are not covered by this warranty. Cartridge must be returned to us to have warranty replacement made. Cartridges that have been sent in for remanufactured (Canon E40, etc) carry the same warranty as outlined above. | JetPak Warranty/ Inkjet Cartridges. Inkjet cartridges and cartridges recycled with our JetPak mailer program carry a 180 day warranty. Cartridges that fail under the JetPak program will have a new no cost JetPak mailer sent at no charge. No other replacement are made under the JetPak program. Off the shelf cartridges are replaced up to 180 days. Cartridges that have been tampered with or physically abused have no warranty replacements. To get warranty replacement defective cartridges must be returned to us. Cartridges older than 180 days are not covered by this warranty. | ||
