This requires that we have your empty cartridge for remanufacture
and return to you...You are responsible for getting the cartridge to
us ( US Mail or UPS/Federal Express)...However we take care of the
return shipping...If your order exceeds $100.00 we will ship it back
for Free....Less than $100.00 returning shipping is $6.00....This
program works great if you have a backup to use in your
machine...Please allow 3-5 business days for your empty to reach our
facility...Once we receive your empty we will remanufacture it in
our state of the art facility and return it to you ( usually within
48 hours of receipt)...Under this program the cartridge you send in
is the one you get back...No backup...no problem...order one of our

What warranty does my
remanufactured cartridge have? |
| We guarantee each cartridge that we remanufacture.
Warranty period is 1 year from date of purchase...Cartridges that
fail are replaced up to a year from the date it was shipped. RA must
be issued before any item is returned. |

How Many Time Can My
Cartridge Be Remanufactured? |
| Each cartridge can be remanufactured generally
3-4
times, sometimes even more.....Each cartridge is labeled, giving the
date of manufacture and how many times the cartridge has been used.. |
